I have taken an interest in the Lower Auction Ward, and I wish to lay claim to this property, refurnishing it so that Merchants can conduct there trade in safety and peace. I can in all likelihood afford to hire all the necessary supplies.

Waukeen teaches to improve the economy of the city we live in, and I believe it is lower's turn to receive the blessings of Waukeen.
