Another issue that has come to my attention is that large boulders are now blocking the Canal, and whether they arrived by natural or unnatural means are not known.

I'm not that overwhelm with arrogance as to be offended by that. I just been a bit busy, I'll meet with you to discuss your group and your engagement regarding the defense of the city and toward aiding in the removal of the feys.

I'll have to check with our team in charge of construction for the gates. I am unsure as to their status. As for the boulders, do you mean inside the canal? Or over on one of the unguarded entrance to the Canal-ward?

The boulders are there to... block the passage, but I'm sending a squad of two privates and an animatron to watch over that passage very soon and insure no feys will enter through, here.
