Hi There,

Quick one - when you are too high a level for the quest to take rat pelts from the Sewers it still logs an entry in your journal as htough you have picked up the quest though he doesn't give you the pelts.

It is working correctly - Ie telling you you are too high and not allowing you to do the quest - just that the journal entry is still appearing.

I tested it out the receiver ignores you as well.

Hrm. Puzzling. Does he go through the dialogue that offers you the quest, or do you get entirely different dialogue with the journal?

All seems well, low priority but a confirmation whether this is still broken would be nice.
