You are an inspiration to the common man, and a voice of reason throughout all of Lower Sanctuary. Like Winston before you, and Ubel before him, the children look up to you, and the citizens largely adore you. You've inspired us to change our ways through your personal teachings, and we want to do anything we can to help you convince the people that your attack on these monsters in the canal is the right thing to do. Things are hollow, and with the death of our misguided leader, we need a new voice to guide us in Lower.

My good men,

I apologize for the death of your leader and I thank you for your support in this great endeavor. I cannot fully express in writing how much it means to have Lower so soundly supportive of a common goal again. On this matter, I urge you to remain prepared and vigilant for whatever may occur. We are the Sancturians, grim and determined. As this war is waged, there will be hardships. As Lowersmen, we know a thing or two about that! So I say to you, be ready and prepared and make the wise decisions. Speak peace to your neighbors and reassure them that we together as Lowersmen, and as men of Sanctuary, will be making a grand leap with this noble endeavor. What was broken will be restored, and the Dark Canal, free of threats, will help us to reach the prosperity to foster peace and freedom!

After this "grand mess of things" is over, I hope to buy you good men a drink at the Crone. Be well until then!
