[Letter to Westmore]

You will meet with me.

If what you plan is to be done, it will be done but by people familiar with the land, organized by people familiar with war and blessed by preachers of Tempus, the Red Knight and Helm.

It shant be improvised. The people have faith in us as guardians but most are scared if we dont -show- them that we have thought of the consequences thoroughly and are acting on their behalf.

Wars are won based on four important principles; -The Way; how the people, our soldiers, have the same aim as their leaders. -The terrain; Have a known plan of action that accounts to protect entrance to the city and our backguard while advancing. -Leaderhip; Leaders that show sterness, intelligence, trustworthyness, humaness and courage. -Discipline; Organization, chain of command and how quickly do our men move from one objective from another.

I can tell that by your improvisation, you have only "1" (maybe) of these four principles, meaning your chances of victory are fairly slim, see inexistant. The docks are -not- ready for passage, boats are not constructed yet. We have time to plan this without rushing it and have mediocre results.

If you still intend to go despite not meeting with me, then your actions will be seen as a disregard for the safety of our people and you will be arrested for endangering Sanctuary. - Lt. Lothor, Sanctuary Watch.

Lieutenant Lothor,

I found the tone of your letter rather interesting, particularly in contrast to the general tone of our discussion. Everything that needed to be discussed was discussed, but of all things I do hope that you take my comments on public relations to heart. Respect is the key.

All said and done, I commend you for your continued and feverous desire for security in Sanctuary. Let us hope we can work and speak so productively again, after this "grand mess of things" is over.

Lucius
