I would like to know the likely effects of Aleczumberzail's assualt on the deadlock in the war between the beholders and the illithid, and their activity regarding the duergar and drow. Most specifically, how his assualt would likely effect our city should he either succeed in wiping most of it out, or fail. Please send a concise report to my office.

If the city of Ysinode should fall, there is little to hold back the hated beholders of Chabzash. It is ofcourse difficult to tell excatly what would happen, but I am certain it will not be pleasent.

Regarding duergar and drow, I dont know much, rumour has it that the drow are trading or something with Chabzash, but I doubt they will join the fight.
