The adventurers, warriors, and all other auxillary combattants of Sanctuary are called forth to clear the Dark Canal of opposing presence in two days time, particularly the wicked Fey known as the Unseelie. After victory is achieved and our forces reach the relative safety of the Dark Lake shoreline, we will return to Sanctuary to recieve payment; perhaps we will even be granted passage on the first boat into our salvaged harbor!

Join Sancturian forces on this noble endeavor, and be rewarded as all of Sanctuary grows into a stronger and safer city!

Caveat: Should any wish to learn more about the known denizens of the Dark Canal for better preparation, please meet in the Pissing Crone's back room thirty minutes prior to the assault.

Many citizens seem nervous, apprehensive about the attack even. Hushed whispers travel from bar patron to commoner about the buffer these creatures provide between Sanctuary and the rest of the Underdark. Some seem to think the attack will only serve to infuriate and outrage a largely dormant and sleeping neighbor, others openly applaud the initiative in the streets. Most, as per usual in Lower, are too drunk or hungry to care.

Due to the resounding support, and in order to respect the fears of others, the assault is being delayed so that more authorities on large-scale tactics can be questioned, their wisdom applied to the impending assault.

We WILL, as a unified peoples of Sanctuary, clear the Canal of these vile creatures, and we WILL have a peaceful source of income for all of Sanctuary, but I have found wisdom in the virtues of patience and planning. Forgive me for my prior vice of impatience.

Thus I say, the fight has only just begun.
