we wish to Expand Tornbeard hall in order to help with the growing crisis of war, we have many experienced warriors, clerics and even preists and we wish to offer our expertiese, the spell *the word fellas is crossed out* guard have offered to treat the walles as to hide the use of magic and so it would be a perfect area for us to train soldiers, civiliens and adventurers en mass. please consider funding into the Stoutheart clan and Tornbeard hall as all that is given will surly be returned in other ways.

The Council is already very stressed with the budget at the moment. Sparing several dozen thousand coins so that your Kin could establish a building to train in, especially when we have seen nothing yet forthcoming from your Clan to prove their merit would lack wisdom.

After all, if your clan were to request this building, what's to stop other bands of people and small minorities gathering together and requesting an equally as large sum of coins to be donated to their cause? I am not affronted to selflessly sparing coin towards men and women who show the initiative to make use of it, but I do not think Sanctuary can afford to invest her coin so recklessly.

If you wish my advice, Take a stand in something. Prove your merit to the city, show that your people are truly a benefit to our city. I have high expectations of the stout-folk and I doubt they will dissapoint when faced with this challenge.
