I wish a sentence clarified. The dwarven priest of Moradin, Sonnlinor G'dank was exiled to Lower. Traditionally that has included the Canal Ward.

The Mithrilsoul Clan asks formal permission of the Council to permit Sonnlinor G'dank to freely walk the Canal Ward, else he is effectively trapped and away from the positive influences of his kin.

I would also ask whether this sentence was for life, or some established period of time
