Why can Ibrandul raise the dead if he, himself, is dead? Is the dead deitys list out of date? Is their a IG reason for this that is FOIG? Or just a mistake?
With ibrandul being a lesser deity, he shouldn't even be a god isle i don't think?
Im not sure this is a FOIG or not but:

Nobody in Sanctuary has any idea Ibrandul is dead, also, unless it is applied for prior to character creation.
