Your question is very difficult to answer at this point. The price of a property will depend upon the property's size, the state of whatever buildings occupy it, and the property's location. Men are still working on repairs in the area, the Office of the Herald is largely busy with paperwork at the moment, and the law enforcement agencies don't have neither time nor manpower to do the necessary legwork required to properly evaluate the area right now. All that said, if you have interest in buying a property with a building on it, you should probably have at least 10.000 coins.
