Okay, I have a level four rogue with the maximum use magic device skill he can have without the help of a skill focus feat. I spent about 2500 gold to get a wizard to make me a wand of invisibillity with about 20-25 charges. The danged thing won't work, it says only wizards, sorcerers, and bards can use it. I asked the guy who sold it to me about it, he said it should work for me. I don't know if its a glitch or not, but could I catch one of you guys IG to fix it for me? It's very essential for my character, who's in a crazy plot with Kyle Fox and Clara Fireheart. It's very interesting, I promise. so if you guys can't give me a wand that works then I'd definately like 20 invisibility potions or something. I'd really appreciate it. Thanks.

Your UMD isn't high enough to use the actual wand yet. Once it is, then you will be able to make checks to use charges of it.

Just to confirm though- Wait a few levels until your UMD is a little bit higher, and then try it out. I don't believe it'll be the case, but if it still isn't working, make a brief post in the Bug Reports forum and we'll check it out.
