I require a report detailing how all of the money is being used currently, what amount of funding is neccesary, and what would be done with an increased amount of funding.

As much as I hate to say this, my fellow councilmen seem to waver on the importance of the Watch. I suggest taking steps to slash any unneccesary things immediately, to prepare for the possibility that Cheval's plan may be supported. The three possibilities right now are Cheval's ridiculous plan, Aeran's plan of staying the same, and my plan to give more money to administrative and maintainance purposes, and a 5% budget increase to the Watch. I will do my best to make sure the Watch recieves the funding that it requires. Please make sure the Watch remains strong by making your budget as efficient as possible as quick as possible.
