I would inform you and your office that the Mithrilsoul company has claimed a section of cave in the Canal Ward before the Watch seized control of it.

Lieutenant Lothor has stated that there will be no dispute to our claim.

For your records, the official name of our steading is Dunendar Hall. It is located in the north and western most section of land adjacent to the canal.

We do claim that area on the same elevation as the cave, including the stalls and the lone dock accessible by this area.
