Summary of Spellguard use of the 5% budget granted by the Council:

Retrofitting, repair and maintenance of 8 battle-ready Spellguard Animatrons for use in the Canal Ward, including one fully operational State Defender (45%)

Spellguard contribution to the renovations of the new Port Center (15%)

Spellguard wards and other enchantments on Port Center cells (10%)

Funding of partial progress in restoring function to old, previously-existing Svirfneblin Rapid Transit terminal in the Canal Ward (20%)

Retrofitting and installation of Svirfneblin technologies in the Council Offices, enabling direct communication between the Council and Commander Simms (10%)
