I was just curious, as I've been playing a paladin, and am kinda new to it all.
If you have Protection from evil up, and DE someone who is massively evil, would Protection from Evil stop you from getting the will-save-check vs. Falling down/stun/etc?

i hope not. DE is already an RP killer with no known easy defense. If they can do it without risk of toppling over screaming to their mothers in horror at the evil, I'll have no choice but make a rang3er with favored enemy (sissy paladins). [/antiDErant]
But in other news, Yes, I belive PfE and PfG will both pretect from being sensed by the align and knocked down from that align.

It isn't something my character would pursue, or cares for, IG.
Sharing the pain of the victims (ala Ghostrider!) helps paladins fight evil harder. Blocking that out would hinder a paladin's drive for pwnage.
I was simply curious.
