Greycloaks

Here are the details:

Base of Operation: New Dunwarren Current Points of Contact: Drin (PC, for recruitment) Jaliah McNarg (PC recruitment) Ricco Jones (PC recruitment) Barrakus (PC recruitment) Magnus (PC Recruitment) Dornal Avhost (PC Recruitment, wand sales) Mathieu Fynolt (PC Recruitment) Louise Rose (PC Recruitment) Acolyte in temple (NPC spawn point) Race Restrictions: None Alignment Restrictions: Any non-evil, any non-chaotic, Lawful Good highly recommended though. Religious restrictions: none, provided the meet the alignment restrictions. Followers of the Triad are highly encouraged, but followers of any benevolent god of any pantheon will be considered. Overview of the Faction: The Greycloaks are an order of knights, clergy and other goodly people. Originally formed as the local defense of New Dunwarren while they were an independent settlement, they have become a formation of those wishing to fight evil and chaos, protecting the values upheld in New Dunwarren and the Church of the Triad that is located there. They serve the ideals of good and order, fighting the good fight where it is needed and standing up for justice for those who cannot do it for themselves. Law, peace, order, and religious devotion are cornerstones of the Greycloaks.

Faction Benefits: Entirely PC run faction! Play with 'team good' Special cloak upon entrance Plenty of opportunities to 'smite evil' Base of operations that has scripted defenses

We're recruiting heavily, though being just myself in the faction, I'd appreciate it if some players joined the Greycloaks, I have some major plans in the works to get the Greycloaks back up there on the numbers.

If you're up for it, send a letter ICly and include account name and playing times, I'll try to meet you IG.

OK, going to be really pushing with the Greycloaks

I won't reveal all plans, but it'll include tackling some local evils, such as the undead. We'll organize to do some quests (for the fun), which will probably ones where Smite Evil works wonders.

Also, on the more secretive side, I actually plan on doing things like developing new items like ward mines, which basically are mines that fire off the effects of the Wards protecting the Temple of Tyr (with various degrees of strength, some for war, others just to spite people). So if you got a wizard or sorc, wouldn't mind if they joined (if they are non-evil/chaotic)

And I probably will organize other events, so keep an eye out.
