This is an official complaint against one of your Agents, one called Miller. During the final moments of last dark's assault on the Canal Ward, I walked into town. I was told to get out of the area, and did so. Only later did I realize that Upper had invaded, and the group I had run into had been strike force. I then returned, laid my blade before me in a gesture of peace, and asked what was going on. After I refused to leave until getting an answer, your Agent Miller shot me several times with offensive magics. I was thrown into unconsciousness for a moment, and when I awoke he was arresting me. I later found myself in the jail, where I gave him a tongue-lashing on attacking peaceable people. He then proceeded to tell me to "SHUT UP!!!" many times, and then used fire on me many more. I have a massive burn scar on my side that will likely never heal.
I had not previously taken sides in the Upper/Lower dispute, but the actions of your Agent Miller have certainly not improved my viewpoint on Upper. What are you going to do about it, Spellguard? You call yourself the law, but the actions of Miller were unlawful to the extreme. Please deal with him.
