I'm writing this letter to enquire about who gave the order to invade the canal ward since i have some concerns that i wish to discuss with whoever it was. So far Ive asked some Agents who said it was by order of the council yet the two councilors Ive talked to (Donrick and Cheval) both say they never gave any such order.

As stated in my first letter i have concerns about what happened or could happen that i would like to discuss directly with the one in charge. That and the simple fact its not all that reassuring when the one's attacking don't seem to be clear on who has given the order in the first place.
