I, Drin, Warden of New Dunwarren, am declaring a withdraw of all your forces, Watchmen, Spellguard agents and politicians from the ward of New Dunwarren immediately.

After the actions that took place during my petrification in regards to the canal ward, you have broken the the guidelines of our rejoining of your city, resulting in the need to secede from your community and, once again, handle our business and our land on our own.

Please see that your forces are withdrawn from the ward by the end of the week. The lift, that you forced open, will be permanently disabled and destroyed as well.
