I wish to present and ask for your judgment for a case of an exception regarding the Monstrous Law and allow a goblin to the districts of Upper Sanctuary.
The name of the goblin is Scog Glog Cog. He is an assistant in my research and work, which concerns Dunwarren Herself, and spreading Her word and work to improve security of the City. An initiate of the Spellguard already have approached me with offers of cooperation to achieve such goals.
Albeit he does resemble the stereotyped goblin race, as a violent and destructive being, he has shown not only capacity to learn and respect, but also capacity to be constructive regarding the Machine. As such, I would, as I am already, teach him proper and civil behavior.
