I am sorry to report that we have been unable to hire any contractors to do the necessary work to refit the facility granted us by Council charater as the Sanctuary Shelter. It seems the gnomish crew that initially contracted this assignment has vanished.

Might the Council be able to conscript a crew to do this work? This beneficial service is being denied the good citizens each day the work goes undone.

Of course we would submit the fifteen thousand coin we received from the auction of Councilor Fizzwiggle's effects for this purpose.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. You've already done so much, but it seems I must appeal to you once more in the behalf of the citizens you already serve so well.
