It has come to my attention that claims on land have been laid. It seems, however, that these claims are not backed by necessity, nor men. Tomorrowdark, meet with me so that we may assemble, carry on with recruitment and lay claim to a piece of real estate.

This claim shall not be made to simply support any garish needs - the area we will claim is privileged as a natural defense position to anyone who wishes to control the harbor.

I expect all of you to be armed and prepared for any troubles. Aggressive encounters are not expected, but cannot be dismissed fully either.
