The man in question has helped the Spellguard in the past, helping protect valuable assets from assault by Chosen and their undead minions. At the time he showed excellent discipline and courage in the face of a powerful enemy. His prowess in battle was demonstrated quite clearly.
He also showed willingness to follow orders quickly and efficiently.
I personally believe he would be an asset to our law enforcers and recommend him as a candidate for the Watch.
