I wish to bring it to your attention that of recent there has been a public speaking by one known as Lucius who claims that he is to organise some type of militia and speaks in tones of how the future of 'the lowers' will or should be. I made it known to him there at the speech that the faithfull of Hoar seek to uphold the law as his sounding was as if no 'law' or force sort to counter the various problems that exist here in the lowers.
