My name is Cue Rokefern, and where previously I've been in the professions of page and scribe, I would now like nothing more than to dedicate myself to the various noble aims of the Sanctuary Library -- or maybe its better to say that I wish to establish these aims.

I've found little on the subject of the Giver as an entity, there is a certain notice popping up around Sanctuary that may prove of some merit. You probably already know about this Vincent, and I suspect its your reason for giving me this task rather than the result of it. But never the less, I never received your information and felt it imperative that I give you my findings regardless.

If anyone has proof that Vincent, the priest of the Giver, is a worshipper of Cyric I would appreciate learning of it. Those who spread anonymous accusations would help their fellow citizens more if they would be forthright with their knowledge of this.

He is to be a member of the Sanctuary Shelter staff. If there is any proof that he worships an evil or foul diety such as Cyric, this must be revealed to all.

If you've no proof, then you wrongly dishonor a man I consider a friend. He has openly expressed a desire to help the unfortunates of this settlement for free of his own volition, which speaks of his character in my estimation.
