Faenor Breena Watchever

Faenor Breena Watchever,

It is with heavy heart and a great deal of confusion I pen this. Vincent appears an honest man, eager to help, and brave in battle-generous and quick to give.

Yet, there is clearly a dark burden on his heart and his powers are not granted by a benign and holy deity. This much I can tell you resolutely.

If, as is widely suspected, this boy accepts Cyric's gifts; then it is very possible that he is unaware that the Prince of Lies manipulates and uses him. This is not unheard of, and although he may be a consummate actor, it is my deep hope that the truth can be learned quickly.

I operate now as if he is an unwitting servant of the Dark One, and warn him continually of accepting gifts from strangers and the price those gifts may carry. He has shown my only kindness and risked his life to save those of our companions, but I sense the darkness around him and have traveled with him several times to do naught more than urge him to confront the truth.

I can swear that his deity is a dark one, but not if he is beyond salvation.
