An artifact of Cyric was found on Vincent's person, after he attempted to poison the Ordinant Ricco Jones with a potion. He has been seen using divine spells to command the undead, and has attempted to lead two seperate people into ambushes because they took pieces of equipment that he wanted after he'd gone on expeditions with them.
