In the times of man kind we all know that there is a universal struggle betweens one right to privacy, and the government's right to keep one's citizen's safe by infringing on said privacy. I, Allivarn Fireheart, support Free Sanctuary's right to remain apart and maintain their stance of independence should they so wish. I have seen what lower life is like, the life without constraint is perhaps the least appeasing to me, but I can see the people of free Sanctuary wish it so. So I make my Pledge to you-

Free Sanctuary shall remain independent, and I will attempt to curb any invasion from Upper Sanctuary in order to maintain the lives of the town on a fruitless war.

Free Sanctuary shall forever be called free, for that is what you are.

I will make every attempt to aid businesses and assist the less fortunate should they request assistance from a Priest of Waukeen.

To maintain my pledges, I ask the People of Lower to brave the rigor's of travel to the voting booth that shall soon open and vote Allivarn Fireheart for Council!
