It has been some time since my last update on matters, and I would like to inform you of few developments in the council.
First I would like to congratulate Lyra Lockheart for becoming to my knowledge the first woman headmaster of the Fighting School. She is a great warrior, and I am certain she will make sure that the school will produce many skilled warriors to defend our town. Again, congratulations.
Secondly, the council has passed a law that has removed Duergar from the enemies of the Sanctuary list. This means those who choose, can trade with these "grey dwarf" if they so choose. However they do not have citizenship and are not part of the Welcomed races act.
Sanctuary will continue to grow and improve thanks to its hard working citizens, together will continue to forge this town towards a better tomorrow.
