Quaggoth NPCs do not seem to be goblinoids, even though all of the quaggoths on the quaggoth quest are.

Activity.Series ... all of the quaggoths on the quaggoth quest are.That's a mistake, actually. Quaggoths are monstrous humanoids.
This has been fixed.
