I tried this quest with 4 people today, average level 7 maybe, and there were zero enemies within sight when we entered. It was a little disappointing, because that was a major charm point the last couple times I tried it. Anyhow, I figure they probably just didn't spawn, so I'm posting it here.
A couple screens away, things were as normal.
