Herald Jafar says it cost 30GP to make an announcement, but it only charged me 15GP last time I used it.

I call this the "Herald Jafar can't count" bug.

On a lighter note it also seems like I got the citizen stone for free..

Oh wait, they're not given out by Jafar.. Still, the dialogue said it would cost 30 gp but I never lost any.

Fixed. Citizen stones should cost no gold at present.
