Hiring spies into the factions of Uppers.

Needed: Spies in the Spellguard, Associates, and Watch, as well as allies to each. We have the gear for most of these groups, so official signing up is not always neccesary. Being in the group is also not neccesary, you must only pretend to work for them or give them false information. Required: Be a Loweran, and act sneaky. You don't need to be active, but you need to look non-suspicious. Information will be paid for greatly.
