outside the Bank, The Rock Bottom, The Tailor's, The Spellguards, The Tailors, the Pissing Crone, The House Of Light, The Pump House, And on each gate is a piece of white cloth, about twenty centimetres cubes, with fine writing on it. It reads:

"Looking for Loyal Monarchists who will follow King faithfully. Good pay. Talk to Frelt Shadowfang, Magical Salesman. Buying or Selling rare goods. Ask about Frelt's Lucky 7."

The note is ended with an elaborate signature with a small picture of a Dragon at the side. Below this is some slightly smaller writing, about what "King Dragonfang of Sanctuary" needs.

"Bards for amusement, Warriors for army, Mages for Magic casting, Rogues for spies, Alchemists and Smithies for creating. Druids and Rangers need not apply."
