This letter is not particularly fancy, unlike most other Westmore letters.
William,Before he died, James made a request. I gave him my word that I would satisfy it, but I'm afraid I can't do it on my own. I know that we're not particularly friends and that we seem to be in a direct conflict of interests when it comes to this violence, but I must beg you to put it aside for James' sake so that I can fulfill his last request.
Let's try to cross paths in the coming days. It won't take long.

Fantastic, Mr. Danielson.
As for this meeting, I understand your concern. And also, I'm certain your opposition feels the same way. As a note, I'm not asking anyone to come to this meeting without weapons. In fact, I imagine everyone will come to the meeting enchanted to the bones; thus is the nature of diplomacy between enemies.
Regardless, I extend an invitation. It is your choice to accept or refuse it grounded on whatever reasons you wish. I know I can't force peace, but I can certainly create an opportunity for it.
As a final note, if you've any suggestions for security or have any idea as to how to ensure a safer meeting, please feel free to let me know your ideas.
I'll hopefully see you soon.

The Spellguard has both failed to respond to the letter and committed an act of violence against the men and women of Lower. Their invitation to the meeting has been withdrawn.
In twenty four hours, the meeting will take place. I have heard none speak against meeting in the Crone, so I believe we will still be on. At worst, the meeting will be done through representatives so the two larger parties, Uppersmen and Lowersmen, can be distanced for security reasons.
Twenty four hours of peace are all I ask. Otherwise, your invitation will be forfeit. I know you are angry, I know you seek retribution. I sympathize, the Spellguard are way out of line. But I can't help that and we should not let the entire city suffer any more because of their enormous shortcomings. Twenty four hours, I hope to see you there.

Lucius,
You'll have your peace for the meeting. I'll promise the behaviour of me and mine, but the instant one of those bastards steps out of line, it's on.
