Dear Aleczumberzel,I shall refrain from the courtesies of introducing myself in this letter for reasons of self-protection should this letter be discovered; I merely wish to say the following.
I sympathize with your position since you were harassed and few people were willing to listen, While undeath is not profitable business to make one's major trade, it does reveal a huge store of wealth in merchandise of the arts of necromancy. The very laws of this town forbid the trading in such wares and have become a great source of frustration and consternation. I am sorrowed that knowledge is forbidden, and the tools to save life through the arts of undeath is not used. I must admit, I find animating the dead distasteful, but not beyond one's use for the greater good.
I do not condone your trade, but neither do I support it. Your actions have only firmed the resolve of this town to forbid necromancy, and the knowledge comes with. Therefore causing all profit in the matter of this trade to go away. It will takes months to reverse the damage you have caused to this incredible field of potential and wealth.
The smarter way for you was to find political support to do such actions and change the law, I might of even been a willing supporter, albeit secretly, to such research and potential, but I digress, you have ruined this field of magic to such malicious hatred of this town and the more "Scrupulous" citizens that I am not going to stand with you.
While I am sure you have done what you did for the sake of knowledge, sometimes knowledge can kill. As you have slain Seeker Isom and Spellguard Agent Elia Vendrask, who merely wished to protect the sanctity of death and the laws of the town forged by our flotsam council.
I wish you the best of luck in surviving, and please, do not respond.
