I made a scribed note from the guy in the book store and I said yes to naming/titling the note, but when the note was placed in my inventory, it was just called "Scribed note" and when I read/used it, it did not show any title.

I tried making another note to the same effect.

Did you actually give a name when he asked you for one?

I can confirm this when I tried to have an IG "copy" of my journal. I tried to title the note what it was titled in the forums and got "scribed note" instead.

I'm positive I saw this working just yesterday!

It works. I just tested it a few hours ago and the scribed note ended up in my inventory with the proper title.

If it happens again, make a new report.
