Through Council foresight and the valiant efforts of private mercenaries, issued private bounties, we have seen the the destruction of the Slugcrawl tribe once and for all. Their leader now lies dead, and their horde scattered. Our brothers and sisters at Mycopolis have in part been avenged, and we can now turn both our eyes in full on the devious scoundrel known as the Scholar, who has plagued us for so long with his atroscious ideals. Which include, among other things, zombifying delusioned volunteers so they can never find true rest. His death will also stop fabricated charges against anyone who speaks with the villain, causing much relief!
