After a duel which resulted in the murder of a combatant, which was not included in the duel's rules, I request stationing a Watchman inside the Arena to oversee all Duels, or having one in the vicinity to ensure there is no foul play. I request this until the Council might determine what would be best to do to ensure this does not happen again.
