After speaking with you, and hearing what you desire i will need to know how many common rooms the tavern will have and the number and type of furniture within the walls. The wall and gate will be no problem if you can produce the supplies and assist in the labor for it. A retainer will be needed from you after the supplies have been gathered and i will begin construction.
