when I discover that I have a "Plot Item" but I dont known nothing about the plot or what to do with it, is better sell by a public note or trash it ?

That generally depends on the item in question. In some cases, items relating to plots directly will have a note in the description asking whoever finds it to contact a DM.

But, I think in your case you might have picked up an item that has been tagged in the toolset by us as 'Plot' in order to make it unsellable to NPCs. We occaisionally will do this with certain types of items and other specific things so that we can properly regulate the economy, as well as encouraging players to trade things amongst themselves.

Next time you're online and logged into the server, try sending a quick question on the DM channel and someone will hopefully be able to tell you what you've got your hands on.
