I was sitting in the kobold tunnels digging on the rocks Johannes put in, when my journal updated and said that I had just completed the Pie Delivery Quest. I gained 57 experience points, and it left a conversation open with Unknown Speak (Herald Jafar) that I could not End Dialog on. Shortly after this happened, I bugged out and crashed. I was not in a party at the time.

After starting back up and logging in with Zeezin again, the journal entry was no longer in my journal, and the experience points were gone.
