These flyers make their way all around Upper Sanctuary, most notably the Residential District and Machine Zone Area, as well as the In-Between area.
ATTENTION CITIZENS
The Spellguard wishes to inform all spellcasters, and citizens alike in Sanctuary that the frequency of Magic Eaters is once again on its traditional seasonal rise. Unwarded casting, and illegal casting is more hazardous than ever to the common man. Do not let your fellow citizens endanger one another by letting a foolish mageling or lawless barbarian savage to cast illegally. By allowing anyone to cast unwarded and illegally, our entire population is put at risk. As many of our adventuring populace know, the Magic Eater is a fickle, unpredictable thing; a single cantrip cast unwarded can result in a disastrous summoning of anywhere from one to five of these creatures. A single blast is enough to mortally wound one of our city's children or senior citizens.
Report any offenders to the Spellguard, and ensure we are all protected. All spellcasters are urged to register themselves immedietly with the Spellguard as well. Simply seek a field Agent on duty, and the matter shall be taken care of in a matter of seconds.
