To whom it Concerns;

I am writing this to report a man for being a necromancer. Today Myself, a halfling named Rigrim, and a man named hando were looking into a building in lower which was strange. There were all kinds of odd creatures inside, which are now slain. When we encountered a particularily large group of them, with a larger beast than the rest, Hando expressed a wish to summon a creature of death to destroy the beasts. As a man of faith I am opposed to this, and I felt I must report it.

I will look into this matter. The Sanctuary Watch is eminently concerned with the presence of necromancers, slavers of the dead, within our city. If you could provide a description of the man in question, I would appreciate it.

Thank you for your quick response. It is a testment to the dedication of our protectors and enforcers of law. I can provide a simple description;

Hando wore a silver, almost grey fullplate, and held a large shield. He had short dark hair, and wore a horned helmet during battle. He was around average height, and 'seemed' to be a man of faith.
