I noticed there were two kinds of Sanctuary Watch Helmet - with the same description.

The traditional one and one with a /5 fire resist on it. Wasnt sure if this was a special one or if there was an actual watch equipment upgrade.

The 5/- fire res helmet was the original version which the NPCs and very first watchmen were equipped with. I'm talking alpha equipment.

It's just never been removed.
