Letters left at the Sanctuary Library & Book Shop [DM]

[These sendings have the obvious tell-tale details of a makeshift letter: torn, dirty, and it's "envelope" is just it's on being folded thrice in half.]

Book Collectors of Sanctum,

I have found a tome of value that I would like to give to you for a loosely negociated amount of gold. It is of relatively small size, and it's in a strange language, which I believe makes it even more pricey. You may reach me through the Last Stand if you are interested.

Thank you for your time, Azen Salek

The deputy at the library informs you that the library staff hasn't been seen in months. ((BTW, the library was staffed entirely by PCs, as a PC faction, privately owned by PCs.))

Ebeneezra Mr. Salek:

If no one can read it, no one will buy it. I run a business based on enough special-interest as it is.

E.

Mr. Salek,

As I have recently taken over Curator/Caretaking duties of the Sanctuary Library, and due to my vested interest in all things literary, I ask you to make yourself known to me, so that I might see this tome that you offer. Either find me in my office at the Town Hall, or drop by the Sanctuary Library in the next few days.

Regards,

William Donrick, Curator of the Sanctuary Library, Councilor of Our Sanctuary [The Donrick Family Insignia]
