Agent Petrov, after having spent more time in the company of the wizard Monica Helsh, I have nothing but good impressions. She is more than competent with the arcane arts, and has worthy aspirations. She has told me what she intends to do if she is accepted as a Spellguard Agent, and her plans appear to be aligned with the city's best interest. She also has a particular interest in animatrons, which is, of course, the sort of thing one would hope for in a Spellguard Agent.
