Mr Silver is hosting a weekly gambing event. He has two sets of numbers of 100, and a person may buy each number for 25 gold each. These numbers are bought by representatives of Mr. Silver, which may sign below with the numbers which they are selling. After a week, the numbers are all recorded and given to Mr. Silver, where he then selects the number that he wishes to win. At this time, Mr. Silver is in full knowledge of who has which number, meaning if you play you must trust that Mr. Silver is not merely giving the winning number to his associates, or to an empty number so he may keep all of the gold for himself. His statement is that he uses an ancient gypsy ritual to determine the number which is picked.
