With the summoned ghouls, on their feat list they have improved critical creature weapon. I don't think the 'summoned ghoul' is equiped with creature weapons because his critical range is still just 20.
On a side not, items with inflict minior wounds only do/heal 1 damage and I thought all cantrips are 1d4 on efu.
That is all.

Also another thing I forgot to add in! The goblin animations have a whole slew of warrior feats, i.e. WF: battleaxe and WS: battleaxe yet they are rendered as the caster models and because of this, don't have a battleaxe!
Not sure if thats a bug but still!

I guess none of these are bugs but working as the DMs intended them to be?

Please note that most NPCs are simply modifications of NPC templates. The feats and skills carried on from the templates are often numerous, and it isn't worth our time to go down the entire list and check/uncheck every feat that doesn't fit the creature. This causes NPCs to carry a lot of feats which may not make sense. They generally do not cause any harm, and you can ignore them.
If an NPC does have a feat or spell-like ability that becomes obvious in its behavior, and doesn't make sense, that is something entirely different, and we would like to hear about it.
